Our monthly rates per unit may be adjusted prior to lease signing. This is due to many factors including layout of the unit, progression of the project, and prices and accessibility to building materials. So while one building may advertise a price for a certain sized unit, a different building may reflect different rental rates or the same building may update its pricing. Pricing of each individual unit is finalized upon lease signing.
Modest adjustments in yearly rental rates are guaranteed to best match the stability of home ownership. This is written into our lease so our tenants can financially prepare for slight increases in rent 1 to 2 years at a time.
Many of our current residents and committed future residents have sold their homes to enjoy the maintenance and care free lifestyle of living at Hillside.
The YWCA at Hillside will be a 10-unit Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) building with shared kitchen and living space. The YWCA at Hillside offers an opportunity for those in need of an affordable living situation. Our fourth and final building, Hillside Ave Apartments, will have a range of unit sizes, emphasizing our 3 bedroom units. The Hillside Ave Apartments will be built into the existing hillside and will be connected to the Common House.
