Cottage Court Staged Units

With help from the staging professionals at All Arranged Home Staging, our Cottage Court units have come to life and are now available for viewing. These units will be used as models for those interested in living at Hillside until they are occupied by tenants. 1 Bedroom

1 bedroom units in our Cottage Court building are on the second floor and include: a 600ft2 interior floor plan with open concept kitchen, living and dining area; one bathroom with an all-in-one washer/dryer, large recessed medicine cabinet, wall hung toilet and washlet, and walk in shower; a spacious bedroom; loft storage; and private 500ft2 rooftop patio with natural gas hook up, water for irrigation, as well as hot and cold water spigots.

2 Bedroom

2 bedroom units in Cottage Court are on the first floor (below a one bedroom) and include: an 1100ft2 floor plan with a large chef's kitchen, an all-in-one washer/dryer; open concept living and dining space; one bathroom with a wall hung toilet and washlet, butcher block shelving, and tub-shower; a smaller room to be used as a bedroom, guest room, or office; a large master at the end of the hallway; and a private back patio and garden.

Please note that there are also two 3 bedroom-townhouse units available at Cottage Court, however they have not been staged for viewing.
