Green living in Newburyport is here! We are so pleased to announce that our resident application is now on our website. The first completed phase of our project will be Cottage Court. This townhouse-style complex comprises ten units for those eager to join the Hillside community. Cottage Court will have a variety of units ranging from one bedroom to three, along with one universally accessible unit. Our goal is to start moving residents in by December!
One-Bedroom Units
One-bedroom units at Cottage Court will be located on the second floor and have an apartment-style layout within a homelike building. Along with a bedroom, living room, 1 full bath, and kitchen, one-bedroom units also have private rooftop decks, 415ft of loft storage space, and share a farmer’s porch with the two-bedroom unit downstairs. One-bedroom units are perfect for young couples, single livers, or empty nesters looking to downsize.
Two-Bedroom Units
Two-bedroom units will occupy the first floor (downstairs of one bedroom units) at Cottage Court. Two bedroom units include 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen, living and dining area. These units have a private back patio and a shared farmer’s porch outside their front door for outdoor space. These units also come with space for covered outdoor storage. Two-bedroom units at Hillside can accommodate couples looking for a spare bedroom or office and small families of 3.
Three-Bedroom Units
Three bedroom units combine the forces of the one and two-bedroom units to make up one full Cottage Court townhouse. The first floor of our three-bedroom units includes a kitchen, dining, and living room, one full bath, an office or study, and has access to a private farmers porch, private back patio, and covered outdoor storage. The second-floor layout includes two bedrooms, one full bath, a lounge living area, and access to a private rooftop deck. Three-bedroom units are ideal for families looking to join the Hillside community.
All of our units have full access to all of Hillside’s amenities, including the community building with state of the art kitchen, reading space, laundry, and guest bedrooms; on-site greenhouses; Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program; onsite composting and recycling within our barn; solar canopy parking; electric car sharing; and so much more!
